This toaster and kettle combination are as good as they come - great products.

Arrived before suggested date. Well wrapped and in good condition. They are a lovely addition to my kitchen and goes well with my decor. Its nice that if I change the colour of my kitchen I do have the option to change their colour as well. Don't know if I would use this feature. Kettle was slightly bigger than expected but ok. Toaster looks smart. I have still to use all the features on this. On the whole very pleased.After 8 months of use Kettle has stopped working and toast defrost button does not light up. In process of sending this back. Have to parcel up with proof of purchase to deralit because Amazon do not want to know.

I ordered the toaster and kettle set for a Christmas present. It didn't arrive. I was given a full refund. The excuse was, "Left of Dock". It was a good price but now they are £50 more to order.

So pleased with my buy. I only had a 2 slot toaster so now have a 4 slot one plus matching kettle. They are an upgrade from my previous ones which were also Dualit. They arrived when they said they were being delivered and were packaged well. Both items were in their original box and put inside an Amazon box. Thankyou.

Well of course the set of Dualite Toaster and Kettle look the business, but the toaster is very much a let down although everything is there, the wide slots the ability to toast from frozen and the bagel setting BUT the fact that it toasts the slices very unevenly is a complete pain. So having spent a fortune I am stuck with having to turn the toast halfway through the cycle for the next few years.Yours, slightly miffed of Norfolk.

What exceptional service received when we had a problem with the toaster. No questions asked and product exchanged quickly and without hesitation. Constant contact and updates. Would definitely recommend this seller 100%

Great duo and good price. Toasts are evenly done and water boils while waitig for the toasts. it also look good in the kitchen.

Excellent . Very pleased with quality and looks good. Even better ,you can change the colour if you like. Works well .
