I have bought 2 of these and used it for 2 months+ so I am qualified to make this review:Pros:- Very low noise level, can run it all day without issues or frustration or headache- Low maintenance, just top up with a bottle of water every few hours- Ice packs provided really do work to drop the temperature of the room- Running it 24x7 for 2 months without reliability issues- Easy to check water level with the gauge- 3 speeds are useful to set how cool you want it (also changes noise level accordingly)- Good alternative to AC, with the added bonus of adding humidity rather than giving dry-air like ACCons:- Pump can get damaged/spoiled (my first cooler's pump stopped practically so does not offer humidity)- You need to fill up the water if you don't want the pump to get spoiled (or turn off the humidity mode)- Older model used to leak, but they seem to have fixed it in the newer model- Works for small rooms, would not work well for larger rooms like a hallOverall good product. Go for it.

"I purchased in last summer, in March 2024 Unfortunately, i had a very bad experience.The speed is extremely low, even at the maximum speed.We tried contacting support through WhatsApp, but the provided number was invalid.We also tried using the barcode on the 24-hour device support option, but faced the same issue — no response.Now, the device is not working properly — it is showing cloning issues and the speed is still very bad."This ia china made no guarantee n no warrrenty .Pls dont buy it ...it's waste of money.

The media could not be loaded. Silent cool like AC very modern cooler and portable, As a tower fan it is quite decent and has less power utilize. It has a filter too. For those who require more air than filteration can probably remove the filter for more air flow. As for cooler, don’t expect it to be an air conditioner. It has a tiny water pump that circulates cool water to get the air tad bit cooler. It ships with 4 mini plastic bottles that you can use to freeze some water or liquid of your choice. But I’ve noticed it doesn’t freeze completely into a block of ice. And the material itself doesn’t conduct properly to transfer the coolness into the water. You can get larger gel packs for better effect. But still don’t expect a miracle. Max 1-2*C lower than room temp

This is one of the best tower cooler available in market which is silent , occupying low space and works as expected.Pro : 1 very silent , if you priority is low noise go for it.2 Occupy less space3 Water works for 12 hour in cool mode, and it is not making room too humid like other cooler4 You can use it as normal tower fan too in kitchen or study place.5 Very light weightCons :1. Price bit high compared to other available option in market , keeping it between 7 to 8 k will be worth the price .2. China Imported cooler. I'm not sure why we can not make such simple cooler in india. It's cost in India for manufacturing should be lesser than 4 to 5 k . If it was made in India I would be appily paid the asked price just to support local industry3. Not much idea what needs to be done if moter or some part worn-out and need replacement. Not sure if it will be available in local market or not like other cooler.4. It will not cool ur room too much but it's adequate and you will get cool Breeze . Don't expect desert cooler like performance as the blower is bit silent and running on low rpm.Conclusion: I'm happy with the purchase though expecting price to be bit low and assume company will provide 1 year supportive warrenty on the parts as they mentioned. So far no issue , i used it for 10 days and I can recommend it. I'll update long term review later on here.

After using the product for a year, I'm compelled to share my rather disappointing experience. Initially, the features seemed promising, with low power consumption and an oscillating fan, but the product failed to hold up over time.Within the first year, the swing functionality ceased working, making the cooling effect less effective as it could no longer distribute air properly throughout the room. More troubling was the issue of water leakage from the back of the unit, a serious flaw that could potentially damage the area where the cooler is placed. Furthermore, the cooler fails to deliver any significant cooling effect, which is the basic expectation from such a product.Given the price, I expected a far more reliable product and better service, as there are several other brands in the same price bracket that offer superior quality and customer support.I had initially purchased this cooler after trusting the positive reviews, but trust me, this product is not worth buying at this cost. If you're considering this model, I'd advise looking at other options. There are more reliable air coolers available that provide better value and customer satisfaction.
