Sturdy and bright
I got this as a centerpiece for my daughters elementary school graduation. It does take some bending to get it to be fluffy and full, but it’s really cute and sturdy on the bottom, so you could definitely attach balloons to it.Really good value for what you get.

We used several of these on a table and they were very festive. Not expensive but definitely did NOT look cheap. So glad we found them!
