Customer support very poor
I have trouble with program come with the robot asking python installation to run. And I still have trouble even installed newest version of python. Asking for support and they replied 3 times in 1 month but could not help me anything. After the third time they don't care to reply anymore. Luckily I ordered through Amazon.return it

Poor customer support
The screen did not work, had one response to send pictures and video what is happening. After I sent those…crickets, never heard back from them again. Too bad, looked like a cool robot
