Just Get Them- they Work Great!
These work, perfectly. I’ve had for a little over a week, and it’s been so nice to be able to do this w/out the need to pay a therapist for this, in order to have done, as often as I need. I am already feeling better! I am using this to help with myofascial massage therapy, for muscle tightness, and to help with lymphedema & lipedema; coupled with other therapies in my treatment plan. I only use this therapy 2-3x per week, and am 1-site-specific on those days (glutes, or calves, or shoulders, etc). I love that these are easy-to-control suction levels, and that this set comes with several sizes, since my calves use the smaller sizes, glutes and back are any size, etc (for me) I do not do the stationary cupping, so with my therapy, we apply warm oil to the site, first. I am using a diy blend of equal parts • Ginger oil • DMSO (an anti-inflammatory, takes the other oils deep into the tissue, & is like a super-healer) • Coconut oil • Hemp Seed oil (pain/healing) (A little goes a long way) This particular set is easy to clean w/soapy water, and they stack for storage in a bag that comes w/the set. I also love that there are 2sets. I keep one set to use when soaking, as soaps work similarly to an oil for this therapy.

These can and do work if used correctly!
Seems to help a lot with my 30+ year old terrible triad knee injury better than any of the years of injections I've had. My physical therapist used these on me and I had an immediate 30% reduction of knee pain. That was two months ago and it's still working! I'm definitely a believer!

A fantastic purchase for the money
These cups were absolute great. I think it’s better with oil because you can suction and then slide it up and down your muscle, but you can use it dry. I just wouldn’t slide it while it’s dry. I started cupping with my massage therapist and she was going in on me. My legs were very painful and tight. And when she would cut for two or three days, they would feel so much better. And she suggested I get my home set for when I’m not there and it has been really truly so helpful and fantastic. And it’s enough cups. I would recommend a massage oil cause it does help. You could probably even use castor oil, which is supposed to be very good for muscle pain. I haven’t tried that yet, but I will. Definitely worth the money.

After more use, I changed my mind. These aren't too bad. Just stiff.
At first I was frustrated and didn't like these because I read the instructions on how to use it. They kept falling off. Hard to get a good squeeze and apply. There are significant pros and cons depending on what you're looking for out of these. I'll start with the cons: They're stiff and hard to get a good squeeze some times especially if you're trying to use them on your neck which is what I did. Which leads to the suction, you can't expect max suction out of these compared to the plastic suction cups. But if you're not looking for deep tissue these could pass. You'll definitely need to have some form of ointment or oil to get these to actually work. So if you're considering these, I advise buying ointment or massage oil. I use the menthol/eucalyptus ointment to make the cupping more enjoyable / therapeutic. Pros: I like the portability of less parts. I don't have to luy around a big box/container or worry about space wasted. But then you're sacrificing strong suction cups. All depends on your needs. Definitely see these lasting long compared to the plastic cups as they can break which mine hasn't but there's a possibility. Silicone can morph or change in shape if you expose them in heat (dish washer). These cups are working so far and helping with my neck pain so I'm going to keep these unless something changes my mind to update my review. My initial review was negative but after numerous attempts and consideration I'd give these 4 stars.

Bought these to use at work. Much easier to work with than the plastic cups. Easy to use and easy clean up.

Oh my gosh, sinus pain went away.
Love this set. I sent weeks reading, watching videos and talking with people who did cupping. Thereafter, I decided to go with this Lure set and also the face set. I did not connect with the face set but I love this set because of the strong suction. I had serious sinus pain the day this arrived and tried cupping. Took a little while to figure out how to use it correctly. Then I hit a spot that I knew required pressure and boy did it get pressure with this set. After a while things got better and at some point, the pain actually went away. I also used it on my stiff neck and got rid of a serious knot. No problems with anything I worked on last night. Can't even tell you how happy I was today just to have a pain free day. Woke up with a cramp in my leg, used my cups, cramp went away. I took my set to work to show a friend. She had bad sinus problem. She use the small cup and now she wants a set. Going to get her a cupping set for her birthday. I am sure cupping will not work for everyone. All I know is that I have only had my set for 3 days it is really helping me and I love it. I can't wait to see what the future holds when I get better at using them. I am very pleased with my set and grateful that I was introduced to cupping. Very happy that I have a great set.

These work
Love these they are easy to use and work really well!! I have a 30 year old injury compound my life and injury sustained on rollercoaster in 8/25and these relieve the muscle pain as soon as I put them on. Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids and get some arnicare bruise gel. Trust me it helps!

Works for relieving pain and spasms if you get a good set.
I am a massage therapist that uses fire cupping and Korean hard cupping and wanted to try the silicon cups. This product does what it says it will do. However, for some odd reason one half of each size set I received will barely hold a suction, and the other half not much better. My husband also experienced the same thing when using them. It is very frustrating having to pick these off the floor continually when they are falling off from lack of suction. Therefore, these are best used for gliding instead of stationary cupping because they do not have a very high suction capability. And know that these require repeated application of a lot of oil. These are harder to clean than glass or hard plastic cups. From my experience, I think this product is over priced and more of a pain to use, and definitely has less suction. I would not reorder because whereas it works to relieve pain and spasms, I do not think it is as effective as the other two modalities already mentioned. If you do order this, do not buy the clear, colorless ones because they turn yellow with age, that is why I bought the clear blue ones. I got this information from a PT who has used both. I think this kind of bulb suction would be good for doing facials where you do not need high suction and am considering buying their glass set.
