The charging should be more 6 hours
Very good laptop my daughter likes to much I ordered another one. But I will return it because it's not charging well. Hope I will get the same as this one

Battery problem when I had just bought it
Just got the laptop end of January 2025 and only started using it in April and only used it for few times, and now it get an alert « hp battery alert the system has detected the storage capacity of the battery stated below to be » !!!

Selling damaged products
I had a bad experience.Product is not good, so much of scratches and didn’t work also. I returned it and i got refunded after 20 days after i returned it. So im student i was need to buy a laptop for my studies but what happened i was waited so long to buy a laptopVery disappointed

The laptop doesn't charge
Disappointed because the laptop won't charge with the charger that was delivered.Not sure if the laptop is faulty or the charger!Unpleasant experience
