This compressor does what they say it would do. It's the closest to real LA2a than any of the others out there. As far as costomer service goes. I contacted tech support because I accidentally broke the power switch off, and they responded within an hour of my request, and are sending me a new switch at no cost. That's outstanding as far as I'm concerned, especially since it was my fault.
