Used the Bear Grip gray belt and it's my 1st ever weight lifting belt and I'm in my mid 30s and been bodybuilding for years!My lower back is my weakest and it's amplified when doing deadlifts and squats so I needed this.It didn't disappoint.Really strong and comfortable with support.Can go heavier in weight with confidence with this belt.Looks great too and has been made with quality.I've got bear grips straps also that came free with it but I've got more heavy duty leather wraps for the gym. So my hands don't wreak after a few sets on really heavy weights especially on back exercises. Another brilliant product from bear grips. I'm happy with it.I wore the belt the whole time in the gym apart from when I pushed myself to failure and needed to expand my lungs when I was abit out of breath thats normal.Just bought some knee sleeves for knee support from bear grips too. I have faith they will be great also.

Good service and quality

Loved the Bear Grip belt! It’s comfy with the padding and really supports my back when lifting! I’ve been able to go heavier. I have a habit of twinging my back when lifting. It gives great support and prevents that. Mine even came with lifting straps!The colour is great as well as I like to be colourful in general.I would say go 1 size up if you are closer to the top of the range I got a large and was about a 34/35in waist!

I've had this belt for almost a couple of months and it has been sturdy and comfortable. The buckle is strong however the screws have started to rust. It is kept in my gym bag and used almost every day but im having to try and locate a new set of screws. The buckle is good quality but the fixings are not. Otherwise a great belt which is very stable. Would definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered an XL which, apparently, goes up to a 48inch. The *belt* length is 48 inches (just) but the last holes are 42 inches (see tape measure). Way too small and renders the belt unusable. Wish there was someone I could TALK to about it rather than just returning it. I want to know if you've sent me the wrong size (in which case we can return) or if this is actually an XL. Fix your sizing Bear Grips!

This belt is ok but not brilliant. The ‘overlap’ is too short so I find either pinches my skin or get caught up in the t shirt. The latch mechanism I find the lugs difficult to locate and it doesn’t really give a robust feeling. Finally in think the sizing isn’t great. I’m a 34 so bought a medium (in accordance with instructions) but that’s left me on the tightest setting to get a good support. Leather feels good quality and the whole thing feels robust and it’s VERY well priced.
