These are great to have as spare parts, stand in pawns, or when prototyping game designs. We play a TON of games in our house and these have come in handy so many times. The colors are nice clean, sharp, rich colors that fall in line with many industry standards so they dont stand out when being used as a replacement in most games (like Carcassonne) If you want a ton of quality meeples, this is a great buy.

Here they are lined up over 1 x 1 inch squares, and then next to a metric scale for... well... scale. They are great!. The count is correct. Solid wood yada, yada, yada. What do you want for painted, quazi-humanoid-shaped pieces of wood? Do they all look EXACTLY the same? He... ehem, I mean, *heck* no! How boring would that be? They are perfectly fine, wonderful little meeples (or generic knock-offs of Meeples, if that's a brand-name or something). They are the lowest priced ones - for a lot of 100 - that I could find on Amazon, and they are just fine! There. That's my testimonial. You want cheap meeples? Buy 'em!!

As other reviewers have written about (but I failed to read about) these Meeple are a bit inconsistent with their size and some of the heads and arms seem a bit shorter or flatter than others. Also, the photo making it look like there are white Meeple’s is a bit unfortunate as the gray and silver look very close to each other. I fortunately only had one “big” issue with one of the Meeple’s as it appeared like it got cut incorrectly.As a whole, still very functional and very useful for things like PnP’ing games or replacing lost Meeple’s. I’d buy again at $10 because there really isn’t a better value. For comparison, Meeple Source sells a 50 pack of 10 Meeple’s of 5 colors (red, green, blue, yellow, and black) for $17 plus shipping. Here you’re getting twice as many colors for about half the price (after shipping). Obviously, if you’re very concerned about how good these Meeple’s look, I’d go elsewhere but they’re a good deal for the money.

Just to note: the "gray" looking meeples are silver and the pale yellow/tan ones are gold. Easy enough to repaint if needed.

These are as advertised- 100 Meeples of 10 different colors. Some complained of the Meeples having some variation. I saw that they did, but nothing worth a complaint. They have the normal manufacturing variation that you would expect at this price point. (If you want Meeples that are “EXACTLY” the same, buy 3 of these sets, sort them for the 10 least variant and you will yield 33% of each color that have no discernible variation and as a result you will pay 3X the cost, still low cost for your obviously impeccable, expensive taste)I intentionally sorted through each set of 10 to find the four most different so that they offered a little variety to my game. The girls liked to play with them and name each one. How could you tell who was who if they were identical? The picture attached shows the remaining 6 “least variant” compared to a few household items. Those ones are virtually identical.If I need more, I will buy more here!

I dont have the money to buy minis for every bad guy I throw at my players, having these little meeples multi colored helps represent who is who. Having ten of each is wonderful for hords.The meeples themselves are just as advertised. No muss, no fuss.

I'm chiming in to confirm what other reviewers have said: this is a good price for the number of meeples you get, but the colors are not going to be what you see in the product photo (there are no white ones) and you're likely to get a few meeples that are oddly thick, or thin, or missing a limb. Had I paid more, I would have found this upsetting, but I didn't so I don't.

They're little wooden peoples, great for any need. Love these funky little dudes.

I wanted some more variety in colour of meeples - my fiancé and I have a great board game collection and many expanses to Carcassonne so this was a great way to allow more people to play with us.

Awesome for making or moding your own games

I had one weirdly cut meeple, but the other 99 are fine. Fantastic value at this price.
