Quad Lock MAG Blue Coloured Ring for MAG Case

I recently purchased the Quad Lock Orange MAG Safe Ring and I’m really pleased with it. The colour looks great and gives the case a much more personalised look without being over the top. It was very easy to fit and feels just as high quality as the original ring that comes with the case. The finish is excellent and it matches perfectly with the Quad Lock system. For such a simple accessory, it really improves the overall appearance of the phone case. Very good quality product and definitely worth buying if you want to customise your Quad Lock case a little.

It’s good but if your phone has shockproof screen cover it peels away so you lose that basic protection. Then dust and grime gets under and scratches screen

Quad Lock. Expensive bit of kit but has excellent grip on your phone, so no more losing your phone after every pothole. The mag ring is required for the mag charger option however, I’m not convinced of the design quality of this particular aspect. I’m on my third ring in 18 months. They clip into the back of the case with small tabs that eventually break. It’s not as if there’s a huge amount of strain pulling them off, they’re just thin. I suspect the desire to offer options to customise this part has meant a weakness is built in that wouldn’t otherwise be there. My third one is looking like it’s about to give up the ghost soon too. Not great for a premium price. UPDATE: 4th one lasted 6 months and has broken. Quad Lock case is a premium priced piece of kit; I don’t want to have to resort to super glue because this ring is so poor. Whilst the case is good, I just can’t recommend this as an option. Downgrading to 1 star. Update 2: 5th ring has now broken, and also the case is starting to deform on one of the sides, making pressing the right hand button a bit vague. So the time has come to decide whether or not to continue investing in the Quad Lock System. The answer is no.

Expensive, for what they are, the clips can break, so install carefully and once installed do not remove as the clips may break and become unusable.
