Don't think I used enough.
I don't think I used enough of this as I didn't see much difference after use.

Great results but prefer the conditioner
This is a colour toning bottle of purple drops for blonde (or greying) hair.I have highlights in my dark hair to try blend in the grey. I love the grey tone but the blonde can be a little brassy or yellow.I have tried the colour toning shampoo and conditioner in the past and really like them, so I was looking forward to using these. The bottle is a little hard to understand, I chopped the end off but nothing came out so I take the lid off instead. The liquid is quite thick so no need to worry about pouring out too much. It is easy to mix with the conditioner in your hands an it does not stain. The results are subtle and build over time, but do definitely tone down the yellow, which is great. The only negative for me would be the current selling price of £12.99 which is quite expensive for an add-on item, when you could just purchase the shampoo or conditioner for half the price from the Charles Worthington Amazon store. But overall the drops do work.

Great product
My wife bought this for her highlights to keep the tone for longer. She loves them but wishes the bottle would be bigger

Needs work
I’ve used other toning drops for shampoo and conditioner that work far better. The applicator is cheap and doesn’t work (needs a pipettes)The drops come out in too large an amount so can’t regulate amount to use, also don’t have anywhere near enough pigment so dilute to nothing when foam with shampoo in hair.Love this brand but these are not good sadly.

Takes away the brassiness
I normally use purple shampoo and conditioners, which helps to control but doesn't irradicate the brassy tones from my coloured hair. I have used toners in the past, normally inbuilt into a conditioner, so I was eager to see what these Charles Worthington ColourPlex UV Toning Drops were like. The toning drops are easy to use, just mix them into your normal shampoo or conditioner. I added mine to the conditioner, as this is the final step, as I felt it wouldn't dilute the product too much. I left the toner on for ten minutes, allowing both the conditioner and toner to do their thing.Colour difference-wise, there wasn't much to see, though the toner did get rid of the brassiness, there was no lift as you see in the photos.I do like the product and will continue to use it on my hair in between visits to the hairdresser. I like the fact that they can be added to any shampoo, which saves cash, making my husband happy.

Helps Keep Blonde Blonde!
These toning drops are awesome and very easy to use. My teenage daughter has been using them for her bleached blonde hair any they really do help keep her blonde looking blonde and eliminates brassy tones. The bottle is easy to use, comfortable to hold and it dispenses the drops well. It’s easy to apply and we just add 6-8 drops to a conditioner and apply it all over and then rinse out after 3 minutes. It works really well and we saw noticeable results straight away. A handy tip is to definitely use gloves and mix in your palm first before applying. I think the quality of the product is superb and we’ve not had any issues with using it. It’s very good value for money and I highly recommend it.

Total control toning
I was sent this to test a few weeks ago. I have highlighted hair and if I don't use toning shampoos or treatments, after a while it goes a bit yellow. So this little bottle arrived, I have used it with a shampoo as instructed and indeed my hair got a lovely silvery, slightly purple tone, and I love it!This is a great product which allows you to fully control the level of toning you desire. There's a guide on the pack to give you an idea of how many drops to use depending on the shade of blonde you are but you can also tweak it to suit your preference, and you can add them to whichever hair product you wish, whether that's your shampoo, conditioner or mask. The product is quite viscous so it's easy to control the number of drops dispensed, and even if you use the highest number of drops this little bottle will last a good while. I like that this product gives a really natural result, toning my brassy-prone lengths without the blue/lilac tones some products leave in the hair. I particularly like that it doesn't dry out my hair at all.
