Seagate 3.5 Inch 10 TB Exos X-Class Enterprise SATA Internal Hard Disk Drive - Silver

I ordered 7 of these. 3 have failed within a year of purchase. Not great for an enterprise drive.

I bought 2 x Seagate ST6000NM0024 6TB hard-drives for my QNAP NAS and am throughly pleased with them. When I ran out of space, I came to order more but were out of stock. According to QNAPs compatibility list, the ST6000NM0115 is on the same firmware and compatible so I went for 2 of these.Unfortunately they make a horrendous humming noise when idle which stop as the disks read/write and immediately start after again. If these are going to be locked away where you can't hear them then I guess this isn't an issue for you but if, like my setup, they sit in your office room then you will get very agitated by the noise all day.

The media could not be loaded.  Purchased two of these 'Enterprise' Har Drives through the office account two months ago, to be installed in a Dell Server. Because of Downtime, we have only just been able to schedule the time to install them this weekend. What a waste of time and money. Both Drives were DOA, and we only found out after installing them in the server. We will be requesting a refund ASAP.
