Works well
Had a lot of rain this weekend. Had a roof leak were buckets under it was not an option. I tossed this up in under five minutes and was able to divert the water to a spot where a bucket would work. This is an eye sore, but better than shutting down my business.FYI I run a go kart track and the leak was on the track.

Very strong and well made. Large size allows me to capture all of the roof leak.
Edges are reinforced so the grommets stay attached. The hose fitting had a bit of a debris screen so the hose does not clog.Excellent product

Product did not last one month. Company will not honor a warranty.
Received the Roof Leak Diverter on July 28, 2018 and had it installed on August 2. On September 5th Tenant complained of water leaking through and upon inspection the plastic hose connector had broke off. Contacted the company and was told that they do not honor a warranty for their product.

Great to have in an emergency !
Great piece of kit to have handy when you discover unexpected water leaks. Imagine it as an upside-down umbrella collecting all water droplets into a central drainage socket with a hose attached that you can divert or collect in a bucket.

Disappointed
Very disappointing, after seeing the videos about how it can be fully operational in seconds. There was no “male” connector to fix to a hose and no 3/4 hose. So in this storm “Dennis” it was useless for the purpose of stopping excessive rain coming through our listed house. The product was very expensive considering the product could not be used “just out of the box”. The cost of buying the make connector was less than £2 retail.
