Firstly brilliant price for lol dolls, came in good time but what I really want to review is one item was missing and this company resolved issue quickly easily and efficiently. Mistakes happen and I think companies need recognition for how they resolve any issue really appreciate it and thank you.

This was brought for a 6 year old girl who is LOL doll crazy and she loved it. Nice addition to her collection.

MY daughter was upset as when we opened the ball the doll was completely broken (the neck had snapped off) and could not be used.

I'll put my hands up and say I'm not a fan of LOL, however the 5 year old is.With 8 surprises it's kinda like a giant kinder egg, but LOL doll.For a young child they are very appealing.
