The chips are pretty good. They are pretty thick compared to most tortilla chips I have tried. So the crunch really resonates through your head. They have a little bit of a unique after taste probably due to them being fried in beef tallow. But when you are dipping them in something you don't notice it. These are as far as I can tell the only tortilla chips cooked in tallow on the market. I think the biggest drawback is the price. When you are paying roughly $15 per 5 oz bag of chips it gets expensive. I get that the more you buy the more of a discount you can get, but maybe I don't want to spend $100+ dollars on tortilla chips just to get them for a decent price. I don't know what all goes into production of these chips but I feel like the profit margin on these has to be ridiculous. The price is a real deterent.

I recently bought and tried the Cobanero ones and WOW—these are sooo delicious! They’re coated in a slightly spicy, savory seasoning and it's packed with flavor. I love that they're also coated evenly too :DWhile they’d definitely pair perfectly with salsa or dip, I’ve honestly been eating them straight out of the bag because they’re that good. The crunch is PERFECT (super satisfying) and I love that they’re a bit thicker than your average tortilla chip. It makes them less likely to break when dipping. You can tell they’re high-quality from the first bite.I’ll definitely be stocking up on these. Highly recommend if youre looking for some really good tortilla chips

I've absolutely loved these Masa chips! With just a few, real ingredients, these chips have none of the junk and all of the flavor. I've so enjoyed taco bowls, nachos, and even just these chips on their own lately! They are crunchy and salty, and they don't leave me feeling crummy. I would absolutely recommend these chips to anyone who wants to enjoy the salty, crispiness of tortilla chips without the additives, seed oils and preservatives. I recently tried the MASA original chips for the first time and now I am hooked! I love how they’re made with clean ingredients that are free from seed oil, non-GMO, and no artificial preservatives. Snacking mindfully is important to me and you can truly taste the difference in quality with MASA.I found the texture of the chip to be the perfect mix of crunchy, yet sturdy and worked well in taco bowls, as nachos, and with many different dips.The quality and superior taste of MASA chips truly make them well worth the price in my eyes. I really wanted to like this product. I tried two of the flavors and three bags total. The taste is okay but, the texture is all wrong. The chips are crisp but, too thick. The price is just too high for the amount of chips too. I was really disappointed that there were so many broken chips. At this price point I would hope for the majority of the chips to be intact. That was not the case. You can't eat salsa with broken bits. I hope MASA improves and gets the price down to a competitive range.

I ordered Traditional Flavor Chips. They were coated in cinnamon which surprised me. I wasn't expecting this and it is very sweet tasting. Not compatible with salsa or cheese dips. I was disappointed in that regard, but the chips are sturdy and crunchy. I wasn't able to determine flavors of the chips offered. It wasn't clear at all. I even tried contacting the company but all i got back was a coupon for more chips. I want to know which chips are not coated with a flavor.
