Beautiful Book
What a beautiful book. Having been to 2 of Gaston Arcurio's restaurants I wanted to create some of the food we ate. It looks like I may have to wait as I think I'll have to grow some of the specialist chillis i.e. limo chilli as they're not available in the UK. This hasn't put me off as there are tons of other recipes to try.

Perfect to add new taste to you routing
Nice cookbook. Plenty of recipes. New combinations and tastes. Gives you lot of inspiration.There are many of chilies, some of them really hot spicy, so I replace it with regular chili peppers.It is not the basic cookbook but will add colors to your dinner routing.Recommend it.

Gorgeous book! Beautifully presented with a vast array of Peruvian recipes. Happy to see the traditional recipes and not “fusion” ones. This book sparks joy!
