We purchased 2x 500ML & 1x 100ML variations of the Serenity antibacterial hand gel product to try out. The gel absorbs really well & quickly into the skin, as long as you only apply a pea or 5p sized blob onto each hand (naturally exact amount is hand size dependent). Excess gel application does result in it just not absorbing & remaining on your hands all slimy. The pump can dispense an unwanted surplus if you press & hold it all the way down, we found that small, light controlled pumps help control how much you want. The smaller bottle is the same, but of course dependent on how much you squeeze the bottle. The scent/odor of the gel is very mild, hardly noticeable, and what there is of it, is actually quite pleasant. As to the effectiveness of the gel's properties, it's hard to say unless you test it in a lab, we have faith it does what it's supposed too.500ML - Good for the home or workplace, due to it's bulkiness. If you can't get to soap & water for some reason, this is a a good stop gap protection, or added protection alongside that. But obviously not a long term substitute to the aforementioned traditional hand cleaning method.100ML - Ideal size for travelling, will easily fit in your bag or handbag. Gives added protection after touching hand rails , buttons or toilets etc... on public transport or communal areas when out & about.One minor issue on our order, one of the 500ML's (each product is sealed in a bag) had some gel inside the bag, sticking it to the gel dispenser. It wiped off easy enough, didn't see any leaks, so assumed it was spilled upon being sealed up. The 100ML also had some dried residue gel on it, distorting the sticker as per the 500ML. The other 500ML we ordered was perfectly fine.In conclusion, we are very pleased with the Serenity antibacterial hand gel product from our initial trial. It gives you a fresh confident feel & that little added peace of mind, of protection. We would be happy to purchase the product again in future. Highly recommended.

Great buy. Moisture and gently on my hands

I mistakenly ordered a large container...never mind...I am able to refill small ones around the house and one which I carry a round with me in my bag. Works very well, it seems thick when first applied, but dries quickly and gives good protection.

Very slimy when applying so you don’t need too much. Once it sinks in or dries, it’s not too bad.

I can't say I'm a huge fan of alcohol based hand sanitisers but they are effective and safe. This product tries to provide an alternative but fails badly. The gel is thick and takes forever to dry, which is inconvenient, and - what's worse - the ingredients list contains benzalkonium chloride, which is toxic when ingested by cats and is not something that any pet owner should be encouraged to put on their hands. Even when dry, common actions like petting your cat or feeding them by hand after using this product could risk passing the chemical across to them, as it's reactivated by water. The risks are well known and a product of this kind should contain clearer warnings. Pet owners should avoid.

Love this product no greasy residue no overpowering smell great value for money can use to refill my smaller bottles all in all great product 👍👍👍👍

I can't really talk about the effectiveness of this product, because I have no devices that can measure that. I've found that it does take a while to dry onto your hands once rubbed in thoroughly and can feel a little sticky afterwards, but this is not a major problem. It states 6 hours of protection for your hands, which gives me great peace of mind.My main use for this, is applying it before I go to my supermarket. The reason being the fact that shopping trolley and shopping basket handles are known to contain more bacteria than public toilets. This is because public toilets are regularly disinfected, whereas shopping trolley/basket handles are usually not cleaned/disinfected in any way (as this would probably not be practical and also too costly for them to have to do so regularly).Applying this, I feel much more shielded and protected when handling the shopping basket handle. It leaves me with the safe feeling that any bacteria on there will not spread onto my person and onto the products I've purchased and bring into my home. Although, I have to mention that the said 'bacteria' could already reside on the same products if other customer's 'unprotected' hands also already touched them. Oh well, what can you do!

Es un producto, que lo compré más bien por mi hijo,que como todos los niños, hay que andar diciéndole siempre lo mismo lávate las manos,pues tuve uno de mercadona y también me dio buen resultado,los precios se vienen dando la mano,viviendo en un pueblo merece la pena pues al día siguiente lo tienes en casa.

Creí que iba a ser como el de los hospitales pero tiene textura de jabón,me gusta mucho porque te deja las manos suaves e hidratadas.Al ser libre de alcohol no seca la piel.Volvere a comprarlo sin duda.

Por alguna razón es más acuoso y pringoso. Cuando frotas se forma una espuma jabonosa y tarda más en secar. Hemos comprado otro alcohol higiénico además de este y el otro es exactamente como debiera ser. La composición dice ser la misma pero dudo que sea así.Más allá de ello funciona o parece funcionar.

Tipo gel, genera un poco de espuma si coges mucha cantidad. Con echarte muy muy poca cantidad es suficiente para las dos manos y los antebrazos, cunde muchísimo.

Es jabón sin aclarado pero tarda más en absorberse ... no es como otros. Pero la función la realiza
