should of read reviews as bought for teenage daughter but she has struggled to take the horse size tablets and was a struggle chopping them up so had to find smaller alternative. Otherwise great delivery and packaging.

Pure, high- quality product
Vegetarian we assumed all such products were...they are not! Full of high-quality goodies for growing tweens and teens. seem to have done the trick, firing on all cylinders again.
