This pan is very cute. My grandkids loved how the mini cakes looked.

Hard to make it non stick.

I sprayed the crap out of this before you say anything. And they were all stuck because of the little details. So as a result you lose all of those details. It works but is difficult to remove from the pan.

I so wanted to like this product. But in the midst of my Christmas baking for gift boxes, I’m ready lose my mind. No matter how much butter or flour I use to prevent sticking, there are losses and trying to wash the pan in between bakes is beyond infuriating. I spend 15-20min trying to clean it, only to still have cake stuck in the nooks and crannies. Nearing the end of my baking, I’m switching gears and just making sheet cakes and using cookie cutters to cut them out. Feel like I wasted most of my day. Save your nerves and money, and avoid this product.

Quality pan but don’t plan on any of the details to be there unless you are making Jell-O shots.
