Big bag and big chunks
It's a lot of willow bark which I grind down to a powder to use as natural aspirin.

I bought this for my hip pain, it doesn't really do much for me in tea form. I am making a tincture out of it, which will be a potent, condensed version. I'm hoping it will relieve the pain so I take less prescription pain killers.
