Nice quality module
A good quality module for any maker to have in their inventory. Documentation is a little sparse, but for any maker that is part of the challenge. Works OK with arduino based on the documentation in the listing. Future use of this product for me will be a weight load sensor on a custom drone. Looking forward to using it!

Useful sensor, fun to play around with and can be integrated into a variety of DIY projects.
The overall finish and construction of the load cell is a little rough around the edges, but for the price, you can't really expect perfection. The cell arrived in a branded static-proof grip-seal pouch, with the amplifier board and some Dupont header pins for the board in a separate heat-sealed pouch. The provided header pins are standard Dupont male pins which is nice but they haven’t terminated the wires to the load cell or provided the connectors and crimps required to crimp them yourself. This feels like a bit of an oversight in my opinion. Sure, most electronics focused individuals will have some on hard, but not everyone will and they’re a cheap addition that could make all the difference to some users. Especially if they’re just starting to learn to use Arduino, ESP's or PI's in projects, which are the exact people who might be purchasing this to play around and learn something. The product listing and images show some 3D printed attachment pieces, but there are no links to the files in the product description. There is also no physical documentation provided with the product so you’ve got what you can see on this page and that's it, unless you do some digging online to find out more. With that said, it's not particularly hard to get this up & running with a PI or Arduino at all, but I would’ve at least liked to see a link to the STL files for the 3D printed bits to use for testing. I had this up and running on an Arduino UNO clone in a few minutes after a bit of crimping and soldering by using the HX711 library. The cell is more accurate than I expected given the 20kg rating and it's more than good enough for DIY test rigs and random projects assuming you’ve calibrated it with a known test weight and insulate it from drastic temperature swings. This is a very affordable and usable sensor for some DIY projects that require weight measurements like for coffee machines scales, racing sim pedal mods and just for bench testing stuff. The price is fair enough for what you get and if it included even some basic documentation this would easily be a 5-star product, as it is now this is a solid 4-star for me.

Working satisfactorily
I powered this up but couldn't coax it in to life. This proved to be my fault. It is default to sample at 10hz and the only way to change this is to lift pin 15 and solder to vcc. This is ok but it's a pain. In short it's ok but beware the only way to change the sample rate is lifting a pin and tacking a wire link.

Was ich ich noch nicht kannte.
Es war wie erwartet gut. Für mich ein sehr interessantes Teil. Habe jetzt meine eigengebaute Küchenwaage.Prima

Buon prodotto
The media could not be loaded.
