I was concerned this tray wouldn’t work for my desk at it has a bar under the desk top and the post explicitly says this setup is not compatible. After reading a few reviews where others in my situation were successful, I ordered hoping it would work. This tray was easy to put together, easy to install and despite the bar under the desk top, this tray works and is very sturdy. It slides in and out with ease and stays in place. The tray matched my current desk perfectly. Overall very satisfied with this purchase.

I have two ikea Alex drawers and the smaller IKEA table top to go with them for my desk. It doesn’t leave much room for a normal keyboard tray, so when I found this one I was super excited! It was really easy to assemble and is very sturdy. It fits my compact keyboard and mouse perfectly! The only issue I had was my mouse slid off the back when I shut it. There is an edge protector at the back but not where my mouse goes. I fixed this by putting some silicon edge protection tape on the back and I don’t have that issue anymore! I believe a non slip mouse pad may work too. Overall I love it! It keeps my keyboard and mouse tucked away when I’m not using it and is very easy to pull out.

Clamp and board are a good size and sturdy, and the assembly+installation was easy.I wish that for $50, the two pieces fit better together and also that the sliding mechanism was a little smoother (feels cheap).

Very large and strong (and heavy)! Easy to assemble and clamp on. Exceptionally sturdy and doesn't slide back during use. It has made it so much more comfortable to work. Highly recommend!

I chose this particular keyboard tray because the C-clamps are nice and big. The edge of my desk has a bevel, but the bevel is at the top (the bottom of the desk is perfectly flat). I couldn't find anything else with clamps this big. Despite the slight bevel at the top of the desk, these work perfectly. The top of the clamps are long enough to go well past the beveled edge and it is holding the tray in place very well (even if I tug on it to make sure it is secure). The tray is of good quality, it was easy to assemble, it slides nicely and it is working perfectly. So glad - I really needed it.

I think this is a solid product. It is easy to set up and looks good. But, it did not work for me because of the clearance between the keyboard platform and the top of the clamp (desk top), at 3.75 inches, made the keyboard sit too low for my personal needs. One cannot adjust the height of the platform. Thickness of desk would not make any difference with the clearance.

I debated forever on buying a pullout keyboard tray and finally decided to get this one. Wish I had done it sooner. This tray is very nice. It was easy to assemble and fits perfectly on my desk.

The BONTEC keyboard tray is a nice addition to my adjustable height desk. When I open the box, I was pleasantly surprised to see how well it matched the finish on my desk. As stated, assembly is very easy. The tray comes in two pieces which may be a deal breaker for some, but once together, mine was almost seamless. You can see where the edges butt together, but rubbing your hand I crossed it from side to side, it was pretty negligible. Total assembly time was about 10 minutes. The only downside, the attachment to the desk is via two clamps. Admittedly this makes for a universal fit to any desk or tabletop. You don't have to flip your table or desk upside down, then measure, set, and drill holes, and then get upset because it's not quite aligned. However, you now have the upper clamp part on top of the surface of the desk so your desktop is not a flat smooth surface. This isn't really important for me but it may be for you. Once again, easy assembly, done in little time, and very functional for very little money. I also appreciated, speed and efficiency in which the seller provided this to me. It was properly packaged for the potential damage I could encumber during transport, and it was exactly as described.
