Effective customer service!
I was originally sent the older version of the PP Gun and was very unhappy with it because it was unusable. However, since then the manufacturer has contacted me and assured me that they would send me the updated model which supports Windows 10 64Bit and which also has HTC Vive connectivity. I'm looking forward to receiving it. After I get a chance to test it I'll update my review accordingly.
