Yes! This is a very nice passport holder which can also hold a few credit cards.

Is the pink stripe with the Lilly branding just packaging or is it part of the actual passport cover?

The pink stripe is just packaging. I bought the passport cover and luggage tags together - and love them.

Does this cover fit airplane tickets?

I don't believe so. It is just big enough to hold the passport. There are no pockets on the inside either. I really like mine! It is thick and very durable as well as pretty.

Can this passport cover hold a pen also on the inside? a lilly pulitzer pen?

You could slide the pen clip to the outside of the passport holder. But it would not fit on the inside.
