Superb stuff and bargain price
This stuff is fantastic - such a shame it doesn’t have scent longevity BUT this is an after shave lotion to nourish skin and moisturise so it’s not supposed to last long. Don’t buy this thinking it’s an EDP or EDT it’s not and it’s not meant to be. Dumb leaving a 1 star review if you don’t even know what the product is designed for!Don’t hesitate to buy this, it’s a great product at a great price

Evokes memories of traditional barbershops.
A genuine aftershave. It really soothes the skin,leaving it feeling soft and refreshed. The smell evokes memories of old barbershops, very manly. This is not a perfume or cologne, therefore the smell does not waft around you as you go about your daily routine. It is subtle. I love the smell as does the wife. A fantastic daily aftershave, it has now become my everyday aftershave in combination with the Proraso shaving cream. I recently purchased the large bottle which I use to top up the smaller bottle which is a good size for travelling.

I bought this twice now, I love the scent, deep and prominent, and keeps my beard moisturised too for a while. Generous amount and lasts a long time.

Takes you back…
For those of us old enough to remember going to the barber’s after school during the 60’s, 70’s & 80’s, this aftershave’s scent will bring the memories back faster than your hairline has disappeared…I’m not talking about the smell of cigarettes, betting slips, well thumbed dubious magazines & dried out prophylactics; I’m referring to the stuff that the barber used to splash on your Barnet once he’d finished & made you feel like you smelled like your old man before he went to a party.I couldn’t really detect the sandalwood I was hoping for (for sandalwood, I’d suggest Taylor’s or Geo. Trumper); this, to me, was a little more almond & soap, a bit like Play-Doh.It’s not unpleasant & I’ll use it for times when I’m not looking to make an impression.
