Weber Lumin Electric Grill Stand

Yes, if you read the reviews it’s just plastic, and it does wobble if you lean on it. However, in my case it was better than buying a prep table. The lumin grill is already small and you either put it on a table, or get this stand which is made for it. For an apartment, it works fine. You aren’t grilling huge heavy items. The side table is sufficient to hold tongs or a plate. But I wouldn’t put a whole brisket on it. It would be fairly priced at $50 though.

I put it together in under 30 minutes however there were missing parts that would stabilize it. Upon looking at the instructions there was only supposed to be 1 #4 part and a side tray table. There really should be two #4 parts. I didn't even get one and the side tray was missing. I contacted Weber. That being said, for the price of the stand it wasn't going to be very sturdy as others have said. So rather than ruin my investment in the Lumin Compact Grill that it was built for, I sent it back.

By the time I put this stand together on August 15, 2024, I had nickel-sized bruises on both hands and was bleeding profusely from a large cut to the back of one hand. A bandage was needed. I strongly recommend wearing durable leather gloves to assemble this stand. Some plastic edges are unusually sharp. I'm 73 years old and a handy dude, but my hands are not as tough as they used to be. After the stand was fully assembled and the 26lb grill was sat on top, the stand was surprisingly sturdy. Just got the stand for the expecting to be delivered Weber Lumin. The directions were among the worst ever. Only pictures, which is usually ok, but sides that click together have a sequence not noted in the awful directions. 8 screws total. The stand seems sturdy, when the grill comes I’ll see how it fits into the stand and I’ll be able to (I suppose) attach the side table to its cradle. Again, sort of suggested in the Stand assembly pics. This needs a better design, but it is new on the Weber line.

It’s nice that it folds up for storage but it’s too wobbly. Will probably switch to a table.

Works perfect for my grill

The stand arrived without any instructions. Attempts to get some guidance from Weber Customer Support were very difficult and took about four days of email back and forth before getting any useful information. By then I had worked things out for myself. If you buy this stand prepare yourself for some frustration. The low rating of this review is really the result of my frustration with Weber's poor customer support. The overall quality of the polypropylene stand seems to be good. The design provides safety against tipping as the feet are far apart and the grill weighs approximately 35 pounds adding stability. Assembly frustration aside, I highly recommend this grill stand.

This stand is made for the Weber electric grill. The right size and height. I have a small deck with HOA restrictions on grills, and this one meets all the safety requirements. Great purchase.
