Radeon RX 580 8GB Graphics Card, 256Bit 2048SP GDDR5 AMD Video Card for Pc Gaming, DP HDMI DVI-Output, PCI Express 3.0 with Dual Fan for Office and Gaming

The size was a good fit for my tower case, the 6 pin power socket made connection easy. I got this card following reviews I'd seen online to play Diablo IV on my old 4 core PC with 8GB RAM. My previous card (GTX 750, 2GB RAM) only just coped at 99% usage on low game settings. The new card ran well after updating the drivers on the AMD site to the Polaris version. I can now play on medium settings easily, but my standard HDD struggles to cope on high settings thought the card works well within it's limits. My next update will be a 1GB SSD to speed up data access. The only drawback because my bios is 10 years old is that the motherboard boot screen is now replaced by blue lines. Still great though!

This GPU is an ideal upgrade for gamers on a budget. Simply an affordable but powerful card that will play modern games in mid to high settings at a fraction of the price of most new cards on the market. I installed this card into an old pc based on a FX 6300 CPU and it has been as if i built a new pc. The card handles every game I have tried so far including a mix of old and new titles at mid to max settings in 1080p. It runs quietly and efficiently and the 8G vRAM is a lot for the price. Basically it is ideal for gaming without breaking the bank.

I was after a cheap card for a Dell Precision T5610 Workstation that I was going to repurpose for some gaming and I settled on this card as I wanted the display ports for running a couple of monitors. I wasn't expecting much but for gaming at mid-level graphics settings on newer games, it's excellent. Installation was quick and simple, just pop in the slot and connect the power cable. There wasn't a driver disk, but I just downloaded direct from the site. Handles everything I've thrown at it so far, including Resident Evil Village and TW: Warhammer III. For what I need its great value has given my machine new life.

It worked great for a month and after that it had glitched artificats and all sorts and was totally unusable for me.However, the team behind it have been amazing, they've offered a new graphics card or a full refund.

UPDATE 04/2025Back to 5 star!!I have found out my issue was my own fault! So this GPU is very heavy and my motherboard had a slot that I had to use for WiFi card and these two cards would touch each other and the network card would hit the GPU fans or sheer heaviness would dislodge some of the pins and would give those issues.Now I have put the case on its belly so that motherboard is at the bottom and heaviness of the GPU would not be an issue only keeping it in its place. So simple!Since then I have not had an issue, so I felt I owe it to the seller and everyone else to update it. So back to the 5 stars!!+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++UPDATE 01/2025:It did not last long. I am getting black screen often and I have to reinstall the driver. Terrible!+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++Admittedly it is only a few days since installation and I saw one review saying it did not last past a few months... but just wow!I am not in a position to compare various GPUs and I understand this is a low-end but modern GPU but playing Call of Duty MW3 is a piece of cake for this and fans are only at medium level and not racing. No lag, no issue and just crisp and wonderful quality. Season 2 introduction video is crazy intensive from the GPU point of view and my other machine kept lagging all the time, this one does not even blink. What an experience! I hope the dream last long enough.[I use a Windows 10 with 4K resolution (3840 × 2160)]

It is always a minefield when upgrade computer components. Graphic cards are no exception and if you just play the occasion game and are not a heavy gamer then this graphic's card will happily do the job.Cost effective and easy to install if you have a basic understanding of components.I also ordered this in the evening and it was delivered by 9:30am the next dayDefinitely recommend

This has made a difference to my pc it’s speeded up a lot as an example gpu test reported before was 245 and after 1650 which is a lot different it automatically recognises drivers in windows 10 - 11 and Linux can highly recommend it
