A bit of a neat fit on my wrist but it can be adjusted. A lot of these bands look cheap and nasty and a lot of them are cheap and nasty. But this is different it looks and feels good quality. I don't have arthritis, as far as I know. I just liked the item. When it came I put it straight on and it was uncomfortable. Now I'm not used to wearing bracelets, but the oval shape was really uncomfortable for me. Once it had warmed up though, being copper, I found that it can quite easily be reshaped to suit yourself. I wanted a rounder shaped bracelet and with a bit of warming (with my fingers) and manipulation I shaped it nicely to a more round shape which suits me fine. You can slip it on and off quite easily, but it's never fallen off.
