I have been using top load washing machine since 10 years and then I purchased this machine.But this machine is fast , more cleaner and very less noisy.Quality is great and service is also very good.

Has been 6+ months since the purchase of: LG 9 Kg, 5 Star, AI Direct Drive Technology, Steam, 6 Motion DD & Wi-Fi Fully-Automatic Front Load Washing Machine (FHP1209Z5M, Intelligent & Convenient Fabric Care, Allergy Care, Middle Black).Good:- Delivery and installation was good- Works well - removes stains well, dries cloth also reasonably well- No scary vibration with additional stand that installation person recommended and we purchased.Bad (or Not so good):- Too many options, controls (not specifically this model) may create pain in continuous adjustments.- At times, we want to reduce the temperature, but somehow it is indirectly linked to other settings and can't be controlled completely

The media could not be loaded. Detailed Review:This is overall a good washing machine. Clean clothes well. Good app support. Water pump(ejector) is louder than it's bldc silent motor itself. So overall it's not that quite. Build Quality is good espicially the door is heavy and premium and looks are very nice. This machine's drum is wider rather than having depth. So it gives perception of having a smaller drum but volume wise it's almost the same as other models and brands. It's a plus where it can be fitted in narrow areas.Remote start(app) is gimmicky not straight forward. I would say it is useless. Till now I didn't observe 6 motion DD in action. Spin is linear and slightly different when it starts from halt that's all. AI modes felt gimmicky. Most of the modes take too long. But I sticked to below modes which I felt very balanced.Best modes: Mixed fabric (Dynamic time from 50 mins to 1.5 hr), Quick Wash (30-40 mins) and Delicates (45-1hr)Consumes very less electricity in Cold wash, only 0.07-0.2W per cycle max. Adding temperature obviously increases it.Please consider 20% extra time from what it's shown initially. It's not always on point. Mostly is has 0 vibrations but sometimes it struggles with balancing the clothes during spinning due to which some odd tik-tik sound can be felt/heard. But that's normal in all machines and nothing to worry about.Pro Tips:1. Unless it's a rainy day don't use spin speed greater than 800 rpm to extend the life of the motor.2. Use liquid detergents and you can extend the tub clean function for every 100 cycles instead of 40 cycles.3. Add Intensive option with Quick wash, its giving same results as 3 hr Cotton wash cycle for 45 mins only.4. Use till 7-8kgs load for better wash.

Working fine and It is really Noisy tbh , I've attached a Video( spinning function with 1200 RPM),Really working Fine and Consumes less water , Wifi is just a gimmick , You need to have 2 phones or dedicated wifi connection to connect to the machine, 1200RPM is noisy and Scary,Apart from that Good machine for a 33k, the machine is big and the weight is around 52KG.Thank You.

Super product . I recommend to buy this product to all. Heavy duty nd fully automatic function . No worry about our clothes.. neat and clean washing and almost dry after wash. Good product thanks to lg and amazon for service.

Delivery concerns: Unfortunately, the delivery people didn't handle the package properly, leading to concerns about potential faults in the machine. Fortunately, mine seems to be working fine, but this issue needs to be addressed to maintain the product's integrity.2. Heavy machine: The product's weight, approximately 70KG, makes it challenging to move around or reposition, especially if you have limited physical strength or space in your laundry area.3. Slight noise during operation: At 1400 rpm, the machine emits a motor humming and water sucking sounds, which might be bothersome to some users. However, it's not overly loud and still remains bearable during operation.4. Installation experience: The installation guy seemed more interested in upselling additional products than providing detailed information about the machine. It would have been more helpful if he focused on explaining its features and maintenance.
