I bought this bcuz I have chronic neck pain and after a couple of days my pain decreased significantly!!! I couldn’t believe how good it worked for the price. It’s cheap material and the battery dies quick but it helps my pain! So it’s worth it

I bought this item. I have used it maybe four times. Each time I have used it, never got it to work the first time. Had to keep turning off and switching sides the power was on. It would finally start the vibration. I tried using it last night and again today. Lo and behold I am not getting the vibration massage to even work. The heat works great, I don’t need heat in the high temps. Very unhappy as it is too late to return. Think twice before purchasing.

Your neck must be damp or you feel nothing! The USB cord included is super short. When it's plugged in, it's hard to tell if it's charging or just on. It does relieve my stiff neck and pain from nerve damage. It really does. Many strength and type of settings including heat on it off. For the money, I didn't expect much, but I am amazed that it actually helps me it's pretty by the way.

The heat and vibration are both way more than you would expect for the price . Please do read the directions so you will be ready for the almost shocking feeling when it first comes against you . I do recommend this product
