Perfect fit, easy to use.
Exactly what I needed, perfect fit for my eye drops and I was able to apply eye drops on the first try The device fits the Refresh Tears lubricant eye drops 15ml, the bottle is able to remain sealed when inserting into the device. I have a low nose bridge and it felt like the bottle was much closer to my eye than the product photos showed, but still cleared my eyelashes without issue.

Bulls Eye
Awesome product. I finally found one that works. I was missing my eyes to many times with my expensive Xdemvy drops. If you miss with this you're doing it wrong. Bulls eye every time. Oh and I have arthritis in ny hands, no problem.

Works Great
This little gadget works great! I was worried about getting drops in my eyes accurately after cataract surgery but this thing makes it easy.

Difficult for arthritcs to use
If you don't have arthritis in your hands, it works well. However, I need to hold it with pliers to squeeze it! It works for me but it is awkward.I wish the company could design it better for arthritics. How can I contact the company?

No longer wasting eye drops
Easy to use. Definitely makes it easier and more accurate to get the eye drops into the eye.

Probably OK for the Average Person
I bought a couple of products like this for my 93 year old Grandmother who was about to have eye surgery to remove a cataract and would need to take a bunch of drops for several weeks. She has some numbness in multiple fingers and doesn't have as steady hands as she used to, so she was very concerned about being able to get the drops in her eye. So, I did a little research and purchased a few eye drop assist devices to hopefully make things easier for her. This particular one didn't really help in her case. The design does seem reasonable, but I actually think you need to be pretty sure-handed already to use this one. I think this would be better suited for someone who CAN reasonably do drops already, but wants a little bit of support to make sure they don't drift off target with the bottle while trying to keep the eye open. So, probably fine, but not the answer if you're trying to help out an older person who is a little shaky.

Didn’t work for me
It feels comfortable but I couldn’t get the drops aim well enough to get into my eyes. So I returned it.

Works Well
This device is quite effective for directing my eye drops into my eyes not the other odd places they used to land. It took me a few tries to get the hang of it, but now it is consistently effective. No more wasted eye drops!!!
