Lovely, refreshing water, but the cap is very difficult to get off
I thought I would give this water a try given the reviews. A problem with delivery, but Amazon and seller sorted out promptly. The water is very nice - probably one of the best spring waters I have tried. It is smooth, with no horrible aftertaste. The only negative for me is that getting the caps off are a nightmare. They are so difficult to twist off. I suffer with arthritis and even the gadget I use for getting tops off struggled. I don't know if this is a fault, but the caps do not seem to have the serrated bit that detaches the cap from the ring. Very annoying. I won't buy again due to this issue. Shame really.
