good addition for the Yaesu Ft-70D
Headphones work great for the Yaesu Ft-70D. The earplugs are flexible and the sound is good for communication. Others told me that the microphone is also clear for others to understand. The price is reasonable and Yaesu does not offer a similar option anyway. I find this more comfortable than the hard plastic earpiece, yet the sound is comparable.

Very pleased with performance
I'm the CERT Commander for my County. I was looking for a mic and earpiece that would work well when in the field. For the price, this mic/earpiece works great. Audio from the mic is good, audio in the earpiece is also good. No distortion in either. Audio is clear and 100% understandable on both ends. The plug fits firmly in the jack of my Yaesu FT-60. Being a 90 degree plug, it works well. I still don't know how well it will hold up in extended service, but it seems to be well made. This is not professional grade, but from my limited use., it has performed well. For uses like mine, I would 100% recommend this piece. If a mic./ earphone combo is something you will be using every day, you might want something more expensive and heavy duty. For the price, this piece performs great.

Produit reçu conforme et dans les délais annoncés.Casque oreillette de qualité. Les finitions sont soignées.Ce casque est de bonne facture. Il est fourni avec un deuxième embout pour oreille.Malheureusement et contrairement à ce qui est décrit dans le descriptif produit, ce casque n'est pas compatible avec les radios YAESU VX-6R qui nécessitent une prise JACK qui se visse. La prise JACK de ce casque est enfichable mais non vissable.Du coup, impossible de recevoir ou d'émettre avec ce casque ...

Not for use with Yaesu VX-6R
When I purchased these they were described as compatible with Yaesu VX-6R. The plug isn't. That's as far as I got.
