This is the best pint stirrer I have used for these reasons:- It is long enough to reach the bottom of a 5ltr can with plenty of rod left to hold. The bottom of the stirrer has a radius so the it revolves smoothly with no juddering on the bottom of the can You start at the bottom of the paint and move it slowly up to the top without it splashing all over As the blade is at the bottom you can remove the drill and leave the it in the paint easy to clean just lift it so the blade is just above the paint and turn on to spin the excess off then wipe over with an appropriate cleaning medium As it is made from stainless steel it can be used to stir large batches of liquid foods such as in beer making

Starting a whole house renovation, I decided it probably best to ditch the old chopsticks/random off cuts of beading and invest in a proper paint mixer. I'd never go back now! this simple little paddle is great! very quickly you can confidently mix up large tubs of paint, safe in the knowledge that you've not got a big block of separated medium at the bottom. This is one of those tools that you might think "I don't really NEED it, I can use anything" but as soon as you've used it a few times, you'll know why it exists. Make sure that you clean it before your paint dries, the holes in the paddle are a bit of a struggle to clean up if you let paint dry in them.

I have been looking for one of these for years (I remember my dad having one for his old Black and Decker drill when I was a kid). Works really well and its well made, but, as a tip, remove the rubber cap at the end before you insert into your drill (I didn't and it got stuck when removing the drill bit and it took me a while to get it back out)

Great device. Stirs paint really well. Fits in standard paint tins and mixes the paint smoothly and quickly with good results. Fits well in to my drill and is easy to clean in some water and then dry by spinning off.

Better then using a stick, works well and as intended and not flimsy. Mixes paint very well. Remember to start your drill of slow, otherwise paint will go everywhere if mixing in the tin.

Excellent for mixing even large paint tins. Cleans easily with water. Long enough for all paint tins.
