please explain or post info on how to load new staples. i cannot ifits just jammed or stuck. nothing moves. but i must not giving up.

Check to see if the staples are the right size for this model (too small staples jam up the channel), I didn't have a problem with the standard staple. You lift the top part, load the channel with staple stacks and the spring mechanism will hold in place. To unjam, you need a slim sharp object to pull out the jammed staples. You also need a bit of force to pull them out.

Does it come with staples?

Sorry I’m afraid it does not come with Staples. However suitable 24/6 and 26/6 staples are available at reasonable prices from online sellers. Regards, John Lawless
