I would like to say how delighted I am with this company they are fast to respond to any issue and the steam mop it is light and very easy to use as I have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis and makes housework a delight to do again thankyou definitely buy again from this company

Bought this as an impulse buy as I've never tried a steam cleaner before and what a purchase! No more weekly deep cleans, I use it almost everyday for about 10 minutes and the house is spotless. It's even somehow managed to clean my downstairs shower tiles which have been accumulating filth for years. Can't fault it at all really.

The clasp that holds on the different heads comes off with the head and it's hard to separate them

I received this yesterday and am intending to return it today. I am very disappointed with the water capacity as I don't think it is going to last very long and I really wanted to use it to clean bathroom tiles that are floor to ceiling. I will have to keep filling it up and that is not very convenient.The delivery was excellent and the product is absolutely fine, I just don't have confidence in it's ability to do what I want of it.I will be looking for an alternative steam cleaner with a larger water capacity.I would recommend the seller and the product to those requiring a smaller water facility.

This was present for my daughter. She is very happy with the all singing all dancing steamer She says it's easy to use and plenty attachments for all cleaning jobs around the home. Looks really good and prompt delivery too.

Bought it as present and got it delivered into different country and it doesn't work, it's just dripping from other side, doesn't generate any steam.Paid extra to be delivered and now have to pay extra postage to return it as well. AVOID
