It worked well for 4 months. Around that time it stopped staying closed and would start blasting the alarm with any movement. Not sure if it was just mine that was defecruve

Arrived promptly and alarm does what it says, but the clip is broken. The alarm fell off twice. No response when fed back to company.

Looks very nice. Works well. Would definitely scare off any potential attacker. Only problem is it is far too easy to set it off so I don't take it with me. You only have to touch the top bit that you pull out in the wrong way and it goes off.

I bought this for my 87 year old mom who gets around really well but likes to walk everywhere alone. She used it one time so far when she encounter a dog. It scare the dog away. I think this was a wise decision to purchase one for her. I purchased one for myself too.

Believe it or not, I’ve encountered some nasty dog owners in my short dog walking career.I am a 5 foot female, easy target, definitely would lose a fight.I’ve had a couple scary encounters with other humans, and I just thought this would be worth having. Highly recommend.I went and bought the blue one with the added keychain hook thing, love it!The only thing I don’t like about this is when you detach the alarm from the base/hook/plug, the alarm is no longer attached to you… it is then in your hand. And it can be taken from you and thrown elsewhere.Since most people probably wear this on their person, I would want the alarm to be attached to me when going off, instead of having the potential to be thrown elsewhere and therefore take focus away from you in the event of an emergency.That’s the only thing I’d change.Otherwise, great buy! Alarm is loud! Worth having on you!
