I recently bought the Cellbell Chair shown in the picture for my work-from-home office setup. It has arrived as well packed, quality is found to be good and meeting my expectation. , I did try to fix it myself - the backrest alignment was incorrect ( it may happen rarely i think though) such that it not straightforward to fit the screws, and Ive to aply all my energy to somehow stretch to do, but still after a week one of the screw came out at the backrest. I've attached all photos above already. Otherwise, I'm happy with the product quality and delivery, although it's slightly expensive than the earlier one I had to swap with this. Its worth the cost and quality, seem very durable, built quality is very good.

Really disappointedThe chair came brokenThe quality is not that great and it feels like it'll break anytime soonThe chair came brokenIt had the worst packaging possible.The box was torn on all sidesThe parts were already coming out through the holes in the boxThe back rest and the middle cushion were brokenThe plastic is of very low qualityWe pay a lot of money to buy these chairs and it reaches you broken, genuinely really disappointed.Expected a really good chair knowing cell bell was a good company.But it was waste of my money now.They don't even have replacement option.I asked for a party replacement they said no.They said if required well give the part replacement through your warranty.Warranty is used when there's any damage after use not when the product itself has come broken.Really disappointed cell bell☹️.Please help me with this issue and I'll change my mind and update this.

In less than 15 days, I have swelling in my spine, severe backache, shoulder pain.Neither the back rest is supportive, not the seating is comfortable & the hand rest are another level of pain. Buy this product if you have insurance to spend on orthopedic.**Changed the rating for customer support for Riddhi, the chair itself is not worth even 1 star rating
