When I ordered the Veise Keyless Entry Door Lock, I was not quite on board with the idea of a keyless entry system. I attributed my skepticism to my age and decided to order it and keep an open mind.The first thing I noticed when it arrived was how heavy the system was, that in itself was comforting. I had been concerned the quality would not match what I already had installed. The Veise lock seems to be heavy-duty and of good quality, I am comfortable using it as a locking mechanism on my door. Another item of concern was if I would be able to install it myself, and once it was installed if I would be able to program it. When I opened the box and unpacked everything, I was quite happy to see that in addition to a complete installation guide, there was also a template included for installing the lock, and a one-page color-coded quick setup guide for programming and deleting the codes.The Amazon page does a nice job of showing photos of the product and describing the product, so I will not try to duplicate those. I would like to emphasize the high-quality directions that were included. I have included photos of those because, in a world where there may be five items of similar value and quality, I would select the brand that has taken the time and expense to make sure the customer receives high-quality clear directions. Since this is brand new, I am not able to comment on the battery life.I plan on using this so my grandchildren can enter my home, without having to give them each a key. A friend has seen the system and has indicated that they would like to get one for their parent's home, they are elderly and keep locking themselves out of the house. He thinks this may be a solution.I am happy with the quality of the Veise keyless lock and very pleased with the installation and programming instructions. This was a good purchase.

This lock was extremely easy and painless to set up which was done very quickly! The product came with an installation video which made it very easy to follow instructions without any hassle. We are very happy using this product and feel much safer as well due to the great quality and usage. We are vey satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a keyless door lock. It is super helpful to not have to remember where the keys are or worry about misplacing them.

I was looking for an inexpensive digital lock for a storage room, and I went with this one. I installed it, but took it off to finish painting the door. If your looking for a budget friendly lock to secure a storage door, closet door, or entry, seriously consider this one. Its a great price and gets the job done.

I can't figure out how to program this thing. I have read the instructions and watched the video. I finally got it to lock but have no idea how to get back in from the outside. I've tried everything. Is there customer service for this lock?It wouldn't open from the outside today and I had to climb in a window today. 😢

good lock, clear installation instructions. Problem is, there is no key as back up in case the batteries go dead!update: you can use a power bank in case the batteries go dead! But item is shipped without the cable to connect to a power bank. Otherwise, it is a good lock.

Really like this because I have been the victim of robbery. They have picked my locks, blocked my cameras, made my life crazy! This seems to be working so far. Thank you!

Purchased for a back door and install was really easy. Great directions. No issues so far. Customer service is really good. One thing I had to find out is just to, simply, lock the lock you hold any key down for two seconds- I was struggling trying to find that small detail, but I think I just overlooked the fact in the directions.

This was super easy to set up. I had to give it a few tries once I got all the connectors in the right place, but since then I haven't had any issues. I did make sure to keep the handout that came in the instructions that explains how to add guest codes, etc.
