Cheap and not very sturdy
Got these to try and help with suspected ADHD symptoms and to stop myself constantly picking my nails and skin. They worked for that and I have nice nails again cos I can fiddle with something else, but they were quite light and cheap and the bands broke on 1 of them pretty quickly so I'd recommend getting some more expensive ones. Although having said that I've also lost 2 of them as well so if you're not great at keeping hold of things you might find they are ok to last for a short period of time!
