Been using since Dec 31, 2024, and I have hair growing now. I wouldn't write a review if it wasn't worth it. GREAT VITAMIN!!!! Very easy to swallow. Well worth the money. Very effective, I will buy more

I love these vitamins. No nausea afterwards. They do not stink. Not too big and go down easy. All of my labs have been great while on these. Crazy affordable too for bariatric vitamins.

I am so thankful for these! It’s so nice to have a “normal” sized multivitamin! They are very effective as well, my most recent lab results were excellent! I will definitely keep purchasing these for as long as they are produced. I highly recommend!

Caplets are too hard so they don’t digest quick enough

UPDATE 10/2/24: i’ve gone through 5 of these bottles and they just recently made me start throwing up— even when i take with food :( won’t be ordering anymore…ORIGINAL REVIEW: i had vsg surgery on 02/20/23. the vitamins i was taking pre-op and right after my surgery made me sooo nauseous with my new tiny tummy. these do not make me nauseous! i always take one with breakfast. fair warning— they do make your pee *bright* yellow!! they also contain a good amount of b12 so i don’t have to take a second supplement for that, which is so nice.i recommend them to anyone in the bariatric community who wants a good non-chewable vitamin! will continue to order.

Not too big yet still effective. I’ve tried other bariatric brands that were way too big to swallow. These are the perfect size, no gagging or choking
