Aperita Arcana: fantasy for Fate Core

Excellent book. I had the pdf, but like a lot of gamers, there's nothing like having something on hand to thumb through. It is well laid out and a lot of thought went into the character generation and how to handle races. I like that there is a bestiary (a larger one is Collectanea Creaturae) so you can jump right in. I have yet to play through an adventure with it yet, but it is a lot of fun making up the characters, and I found that the explanations are good if you have at least some knowledge of FATE. With no knowledge at all, it might be hard to get some of the FATE concepts. It's definitely a keeper.

A few good ideas here, but debatable if it's worth your cash.
