Is this for Porcelain

I tried it on 1200 x600 porcelian tiles but this cutter wasn’t up to the job. The central bar has way too much flex, and wouldn’t put enough pressure on the centre of the tile when cutting. The result was that the ends of my tiles cut straight, but then the middle of the cut would shear off accross the tile. This resulted in 3 wasted expensive tiles. We cut the rest with an angle grinder and a diamond porcelain blade, combined with a steady hand.
