Just bought my another of these bags as the last one was so excellent. I only need a replacement as eventually, after almost daily use for 5 years (often overloaded), the zip on the laptop compartment is in the process of breaking (this time I'll be more mindful when zipping in my laptop). This bag actually does everything the description says - waterproof, padding/protection for laptop, loads of handy pockets, comfortable, durable, and I was so happy with how much it can hold. I've used it as an overnight bag many times, including a large laptop, yet it's still small enough to go under the seat in front on a plane. Only thing I'd lose is the weird USD lead/plug doodah which I've never found a use for. . Go for it - you will not regret it!

I’ve only been using the rucksack for a week but it seems to be a really good rucksack, it’s comfortable, has lots of space to carry all my work paraphernalia & I like the security compartment.

I needed a new work bag and didn't need anything fancy or expensive. For the cost of this bag I'm blown away with the quality. The size fits a laptop and it is so well designed with loads of pockets in different places that keep everything neat and tidy. There's even a HDMI cable build into the bag with a connector on the outside. All of the zips appear to be of decent quality. There's no additional padding for laptop protection, but at this price point I wouldn't have expected that anyway. I purchased the grey bag and the colour looks classy. Ideal for my work needs. If you need a cheap bag that punches well above its price point, I would highly recommend this bag.

A perfectly acceptable bag. The material appears to be hard wearing, the padding on the back is acceptable, and the straps are fine. There are loads of pockets inside, so it will hold all your office stuff without any issues (15 inch laptop, phone, cables, etc), but I can't see myself ever using the usb power bank connection.At this price you are not expecting amazing quality, but it will work for most people for a few years without any issue.

I've been using this backpack for over three years now, and it's held up fantastically. The capacity is excellent – I can easily fit a full shop inside, and it's been my go-to for weekend trips across Europe, including Norway, Sweden, and other countries.The material is durable and still shows no signs of wear or damage after years of use. I really like the color, and the multiple pockets (including pockets with internal compartments) are perfect for organizing accessories. The laptop compartment easily fits a 16-inch thick gaming laptop, which is a huge plus.There are a few minor drawbacks: the back can get quite hot since the backpack isn’t very breathable, so during summer I often end up with a sweaty back. The side pockets are convenient but not very deep; occasionally the bottom water bottle can fall out, though most of the time they hold items securely. I don’t use the USB charging accessory, but I imagine it would be very handy. Comfort is average – not amazing, but sufficient for most uses.Overall, this backpack is highly practical, durable, and well-designed for both everyday use and travel.

When ordering we were sceptical regarding the choice of colour as it was described as "dark black" as we believed that the colour black was dark anyway and did not need the further adjective adding to the description, but oh my where we glad that they forewarned us of the darkness of this bag! For when we opened the very well packaged package we were greeted by the darkest of black bags.The darkness further ensues when you unzip the biggest of the many pockets provided, for inside the biggest pocket there was a cavernous void of darkness. What? I hear you ask, can possibly fill that gaping chasm of a pocket? Could it be filled with an elephant? No, is the simple answer, it's too small for that, but it will nicely fit a laptop and A4 notebook with room for other stationary also.We were astounded by the size, variety and amount of pockets available. Never have we seen such attention to the provision of all storage requirements.The quality of the fabric appears as though it has been crafted by the finest Elven seamstresses with care and attention afforded to the most elaborate of royal garments.It has been purchased for my son to use for their educational trials at their local learning facility, so time will tell if it is sturdy enough to survive those trials of hell!I believe my son has mastered the art of description when ask to summarise his review of this fine product, when he uttered the immortal words of "Yeah it's alright!"

Excellent Product. So much room to carry everything. Sturdy and secure. Different pockets to put various items in. Very pleased.

Quality material, comfortable back pack. Got this for work and fits nicely on back. Adjustable straps and plenty storage space with 2 side pockets for drinks bottles. And it's perfect size for cabin baggage if using for travelling.
