These work very well for the Libre 3. I like how the adhesive is uncovered in sections, making it easier to position before it sticks. I'm very active (construction) and have found they will stay on firmly for at least 7 days IF you use "skin tac" adhesive with them, about 3 days if not (I use the skin tac wipes, and they make a world of difference if you are very active). Overall these patches do a great job of protecting the Libre 3 sensor.

Great product! Adhesive is strong enough to withstand daily showering and stays in place for about 14-15 days. Holds glucose monitor in place.

I applied this patch both with prep like I do for my sensor and tried again a day after. The first one fell off within hours. While putting it on, it didn’t even have enough adhesion to stick right out of the box. The next day I tried another one and it seemed to stick with no problem at night, however, it’s been less than 24 hours and it’s already starting to peel off on its own with no abrasion. I do not recommend these and I’m returning for a refund. Photo shows peeling off.My Freestyle sensors never fall off without an accident and I swim with them 1km everyday. The Freestyle 3+ has had issues with adhesion so that is why I tried these patches…better off without them.

I gave my third cover a try, this time holding the center and peeling the backing off. It adhered much better but I wish the manufacturer would only put 2 peel off backing pieces instead of all the smaller ones. Some pieces were hard to peel off thus causing folds that were hard to smooth out. Please note the picture shown is the original pic I posted.Old review: Within the same day, the edges started peeling. No matter how clean your hands and skin are, the edges started peeling to unstick and roll, especially if you are active. This is my second one in 3 days. I don’t see how they could last any longer than what is claimed.

I purchase these for my Dad to use to cover the sensor for his insulin pump. They stay on well.

I purchased the Libra 3 adhesive covers with the expectation they would hold for the advertised days. Unfortunately, mine started peeling after just five days, and completely came off shortly after. I followed the application instructions carefully, but the adhesive simply didn’t hold up to normal daily activities. I had high hopes for these, but they just didn’t deliver. Would not recommend if you’re looking for something reliable over a full wear cycle.

These patches are extremely difficult to apply. The two side wing paper coverings are close to impossible to remove after the initial main wings are removed to atta h the patch to the skin. If the main patch becomes even the slightest crimped, or removed in an attempt to remove the two side wings, the adhesiveness is compromised. They are not very waterproof, plus, even keeping dry, they do not last 14 days. 6 to 8 days possibly, but not 14 days. I will not reorder and will look elsewhere. I have used 5 libre3 sensors and 11 patches.
