It works! My door has about a 2 inch gap and on the other side of it is a glass french doors that lead to the backyard. So every morning there was a bright beam of blinding light into my bedroom. Plus, because my floors are terrazzo throughout the entire house, you could hear everything everyone did in theorning if they were up before you. This blocks the light and significantly reduced the sound traveling into the room. You have to measure and cut the foam pieces, but honestly I prefer that because you can make it fit exactly how you want it to instead of generic sizing that's usually not accurate. It has a little band on one side that you use to secure it in place to keep it from sliding out of place. Ive had no issues with it sliding, it stays in place. It works well for large gaps under the door like my situation. The materials seem like they will last a hood amount of time. I was skeptical because of the price, but it's absolutely worth it. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner. As you can see, the only light that is coming through is from the areas that this gap filler wasn't meant to prevent.

Needs more fitting but towel can fix it

I got this to keep my son's room cool, and also to muffle the sound of him talking at night. It worked for both of those things, so I got one for my room. This helps keep the air conditioning from escaping if you have room air conditioners. They also look very nice!

How did I not write a review yet. So very happy that I took my time and continued to search for the perfect item. I have an apartment that gets really cold and trying to heat it up can be a challenge, especially given the large gaps under the doors. This has been very helpful, hence why I bought another one to use for my bedroom door.Definigelt great value for your money and I love that you are able to cut it to the size that works best for your door.

Definitely stops the noise from going into my sons nursery and keeps his room temperature stable!

Works great sealing off a basement room my game room stays cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter

After a little cutting and sewing this fits well on my basement door and cuts out the AC draft.
