Perfect for Science Projects—Just Don’t Let Your Inner Mad Scientist Loose!
Fantastic Little Units—Until My Inner Mad Scientist Blew Them Up! These worked perfectly and were just what I needed... right up until my accidental 'experiment.' If you’re looking for a solid part for your science projects, these are great—just maybe don’t push them to the limits like I did!

Absolute Junk.
Do not buy. If I thought they would give me my money back, I'd return them. They are junk. Flimsy, weak, no output. The light works and that's about it.

1 Made a good amount of mist 1 is broken
I like how these misters are very small . I didn’t realize it until I received them . I open them and tried one in a dish of water . It worked very well . I was concerned about the short leads and mist getting on the circuit board . I tried to test the second unit and once I got it out of the package one of the leads to the ultrasonic disc was broken off the board rendering it useless . I had to return my items . Although they are not to bad for the price . Do make a reasonable amount of mist . These misters have a bright led light on the board . The usb plug is tight and hard to plug in . There are 2 modes one is continuous and the other is in 5 second burst . Overall this item is fragile and very small but it worth the price and amount of output.

Not worth it
Bought these to try building micro-humidifiers to go near plants throughout the house. Sadly, these arent worth the hassle.Issues:1. The board is shaped very oddly, which makes designing an enclosure for 3d printing unnecessarily complicated. Seems to be a board produced for a specific product/housing2. The wire between the board and module is too short for 99% of applications. Not a huge deal, but with the stock length the board is close enough to the module to get wet if its not enclosed so you will probably need to extend those leads before even trying it out.3. All that aside, the module BARELY works. under the best conditions, I got no where near the fog density shown in the images4. You will likely need alot of design to even get to a point where this can produce any steam. It is VERY finicky. I tried using sponges (as shown in the images), but found this doesnt work. The module doesnt press enough to the sponge to get water under its own weight. So the module has to be pressed into the sponge slightly to allow the uptake of water, but if you press just a little too much, the water fills the module, and doesnt produce steam. Trying to maintain that balance is not easy.

Good
Works great, good deal

Works better than the originals.
The media could not be loaded. I used these to repair AirWick diffusers that stopped working. Simple fix and these work much better.

Okay for the size and price
This thing works. It puts out a little jet of fog. Good for a tiny humidifier or fog display effect. One major issue would be the fact that you have a disc shooting a jet of vapor while connected to a non-waterproof circuit board via wires just under 2 inches.Within seconds of touching one to a wet sponge, the board shorted out and burned my finger.I really suggest resoldering the disc with longer leads. If soldering isn't an option for you, be sure that the board is completely out of the way of the front of the disc before pressing the switch.Happy humidifying!

They both don't work :(
They just don't work. I plugged both in (being sure the mist maker was away from the circuit board) and there are no signs of life. No ligts, no mist, NOTHING. Other reviews say that these are good but I'm not sure if its a manufacturing error or what. Overall, I am very disappointed.
