Can I change and control the humidity

I followed the instructions and it struggled to raise the humidity more than 12% over the RH in the room which was below the required 65%. I called brinsea and they suggested increasing the size of the wick which worked great and it was then easily reaching the target RH. I’ll add more wick from the start next time as it works much better, maintaining the set RH within 2% of the setting.
