Q: What size hole saw is needed to drill the hole?

The diameter of the countertop hole should between 1 1/4” to 1 4/5”. Standard sink hole for soap dispenser is suitable, otherwise, you need to drill a hole by yourself.

Q: can this direct connect to 120v l8ne?

No. It is a 120v but requires a Receptacle. If you have the 120v line there, you could surface mount a receptacle box and receptacle, for it to plug into, that’s what I did.

Q: Switch no longer communicates with plug. Is there a way to pair the two back up again? They both still light up blue when buttons are pressed.

You can follow the below steps to reset the wireless switch: 1. Press the button on the socket, if the garbage disposal is working, it means that the air switch is good. 2.After making sure the air switch is working, Long press the socket button until the blue light on the socket flash . 3.Long press any button on the remote control until the blue light on the remote control flash，and light on the socket does not light up, release the button . 4. Press any button on the remote control, the light on the remote control goes out. Matching success
