Perfect for beginner to intermediate player.
The package arrived on time and included the ukulele and the bag as in the description. The ukulele looks exactly as in the picture. Both the build quality and body finish are of very nice quality however did come with very minor flaws which can be ignored when considering the low price. Apart from minor glue stains near the tuners the finish is excellent, it has a very nice mate wooden look. The main construction flaw that i have noticed is that is that the bridge of the uke is not well centered, it is slightly off and at an angle. I know that guitar bridges are angled for intonation purposes however i doubt it is the case for this uke because the gauges of the 4 strings are symmetric throughout the neck and are almost the same diameter. The space between the strings and neck is also good around 4-5mm on the 12th fret and about 1-2mm on the first fret. The uke comes with ok strings although better players might want to change them to better ones. The quality of the strings does feel quite low however they are playable even though it took time to stretch them out at the beginning. Note that the G string is not wounded. The sound of the uke with the default strings is typical, although i noticed some notes are off when playing higher up the neck (this might be due to the bridge being slightly off center). However, this is almost unnoticeable therefore i have no problem with it.I think its a perfect instrument for beginner to intermediate player given the price.

Great little thing but it is really little not great even for medium size hands.
Well I love the Ukuleles look and sound for a beginier, but am very glad I have a young child to give it to. I made the mistake of not realising there are diffrent sizes of Ukulele and this is so small I cannot play it. Just a heads up I have medium size hands and cannot play this, as my fingers constantly catch the surrounding strings. This is really only good if you have small fingers so much better for a child. don't make the same mistake I did do your research and choose a size that is right for you if you are a fist time venturer into the world of the Ukulele. otherwise is a really great little thing for the price.

Beginners only
Definitely a good purchase for a beginner like myself, however the uke needs to be returned after 10 minutes of playing which can be a bit frustrating. For what I paid it is what I expected. Would recommend for a kid or someone starting from scratch that wants to get a feel for the uke.

A reasonable first entry ukulele
As a complete beginner I needed an inexpensive but competent ukulele in case I didn't take to it. The rocket suited my needs. The side case handle/strap was only stitched on one side as the other had come completely undone which didn't fill meet with confidence in the product. I stitched it back on myself. The ukulele is fit for my purpose.

Great Product at a Great Price
I was given a Ukulele as a gift and decided to start learning to play, however some frets we're a bit off in size so I decided to purchase this one with more strings seperately. This is an excellent product for beginners, the string material doesn't hurt new players allowing for easy progression. Its also incredibly easy to change the strings when you feel ready to move on to more advanced plays.

not bad
Not a bad UKe ...a little dissapointed in the fact that the G string had a nic in it so consequently snapped when trying to tune it in, also you would think the manufacturer would be making it the best they can by fitting some aquila strings to it wich I turn has improved it no end..alsomthe fret dots were not gkued correctly and were coming of wich I have rectified my self, its not an exspencive item so you get what you pay for I guess...overall a nice little uke.needs better quality control before packaging........

Lovely budget uke.
As others have said the strings on it are terrible so you'll want to buy some decent (preferably Aquila) strings to put on it when it arrives but it is very well made for the price and a lovely little instrument. Had I been able to award it 4.5 stars out of 5 I would but I felt 5 stars was perhaps a tad too much. For the price however I think it would be hard if not impossible to find a better ukulele.

Best £20 Ive ever spent
Several months later I can honestly say that this is the best thing I have bought in years. It fills hours of practice, helps me make new friends and can always get me out of a sulk. Beyond that the lack of weight makes it easy to transport wherever you go for practice or entertainment. Nowadays I find myself considering reasons NOT to take it everywhere I go.Extremely tricky to learn but this is a fantastic beginners ukulele. If you enjoy playing it I would advise upgrading the stock strings for a purer tone.
